Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the SkyPass mobile app, website, and related services. By using SkyPass, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
The service
SkyPass helps you organize travel plans, discover places, and share trips with invited companions. Features may change as the service develops. Some features require an account, an internet connection, or access to a third-party service.
Accounts and guest use
You may explore available guest features without an account. Account features use Apple or Google sign-in. You are responsible for protecting access to your device and sign-in provider and for activity performed through your account. Information you provide must be accurate and must not impersonate another person.
Your content and shared trips
You keep ownership of trip plans, notes, documents, and other content you create. You give SkyPass permission to process that content only as needed to operate, secure, synchronize, and improve the service. People you invite to a shared trip can see its shared content, so add personal information only when you have the right to share it.
Travel and AI information
SkyPass provides planning assistance, including information from third parties and AI-generated suggestions. It is not a travel agency, government authority, medical, safety, immigration, or legal adviser. Information can be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Confirm entry rules, safety conditions, schedules, prices, reservations, and other important details with official sources before relying on them.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use SkyPass unlawfully or to harm, threaten, deceive, or harass anyone.
- Upload or share content you do not have permission to use.
- Attempt to bypass access controls, rate limits, or service security.
- Interfere with the service or use automated access that burdens its systems.
- Reverse engineer the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Third-party services
SkyPass uses services provided by Apple, Google, OpenAI, mapping and information providers, and hosting providers. Their content and services may be governed by their own terms and may become unavailable independently of SkyPass.
Intellectual property
SkyPass, its software, branding, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of SkyPass materials.
Availability and changes
SkyPass is provided on an as-available basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue a feature when needed for operation, security, law, or product development. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that all information will be error-free.
Account deletion and suspension
You may delete your account from Profile > Delete account. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, comply with law, or address a serious breach of these terms.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SkyPass is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, missed travel, third-party acts, or decisions made from travel or AI-generated information. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as SkyPass changes. The page will show the new effective date, and material changes will be communicated where required. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where applicable law allows.
